Pixel Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to join our clients Family Assessment & Safeguarding Team (FAST) based in Dereham, Norfolk. Excellent rates of pay on offer at £43 per hour (Umbrella) This is a full time role based on 37 hours per week.
Team Managers will need to be able to commit to being in the office 4 days per week.
Team Manager Duties:
The Social Work Team Manager will be responsible for a social work team to deliver “authoritative social work practice” with high quality assessments that are child centred, community focused and multi agency to ensure positive change through developing effective relationships, in both the planning of interventions and case recording.
Forward plans, allocates, and manages team resources to ensure all casework is effectively carried out to the required statutory, professional, and service standards, and that relevant performance targets are achieved, particularly those relating to the safety of and outcomes for children and the strengthening of families.
Team Manager Requirements:
A professional qualification in social work and experience of working with children and young people, in particular previous experience of Assessment/Safeguarding work
Eligibility to work in the UK
Registered social worker with Social Work England
